Bitrac™ Solid-state Dual Magneto-Resistive sensors with digitized incremental position output takes the process one step further by indicating direction of target motion.

Direction is indicated by a second distinct output with two designated dc voltages. This bidirectional output is highly accurate and updated twice per cycle.

Available in two resolution versions Bitrac eliminates costly design and assembly functions and gives reliable, maintenance free performance from a single solid state magnetic sensor.

The sensor uses magneto-resistive rather than hall-effect technology, resulting in a strong primary input with no signal (and therefore no noise) amplification prior to conditioning.
